Shipping time
Items marked as “In stock” are delivered within approx. 1–3 working days within Germany. For items with a different availability status, the applicable delivery time in working days is indicated directly on the product page. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the federal state of Saarland as well as 24 and 31 December of each year. Deliveries are made via DHL.
Shipping costs
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order. Orders of €120.00 or more ship free of charge. For deliveries to Austria and Italy, we charge €6.90 per order.
Prices & Payment Terms
The prices displayed in our online shop apply. Our prices are subject to change. All prices in our online shop are gross prices including statutory VAT and including shipping costs. Customs duties and similar charges shall be borne by the buyer.
In our online shop, you can pay conveniently and securely by invoice, SEPA direct debit, Sofort (instant bank transfer), credit card or PayPal.

Your account will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard)
The amount is debited after the goods have been shipped. The buyer will be informed of the debit date by email.
Payment via PayPal
You can pay via PayPal in our online shop. After selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal, where you can log in with your PayPal username and password. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can register with PayPal. In the event of returns, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance provider.
